Prior to joining Sookasian Amirkhanian Law Group, APC, Mr. Tahmasian worked as a paralegal for various law firms specializing in family law, personal injury, real-estate, and construction law. At these firms, he gained negotiation skills by engaging in settlement negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance adjustors. Mr. Tahmasian also gained extensive knowledge in the legal process by handling cases from inception to completion.
Mr. Tahmasian earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of La Verne, College of Law. During law school, Mr. Tahmasian also interned at an intellectual property law firm, utilizing his undergraduate science degree and background in learning how to analyze and file patents for inventors. He was also part of his law school’s trial team, where he competed, scoring 4th place in the National Trial Team Competition in San Diego, California during 2016.
When he is not advocating for the rights of his clients, Mr. Tahmasian enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
